Drivers License
To be able to reach client meetings and events, you need to have a driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
Willing to Travel
You will be required to travel to client meetings and events both locally and across the country.
Sociable
This position requires talking to clients and prospects on WhatsApp, email, and sometimes calls. You need to be comfortable with this.

Job Title: Personal Assistant to Founder – Marketing Agency
Location: Somerset West, hybrid with 2 days in person per week.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience

About the Role:
BRBD Marketing is looking for an organised, proactive, and friendly Personal Assistant to support our Founder in day-to-day operations. Our founder directly handles client communications, business development, sales, and marketing. Your role is helping him stay organised through setting appointments & calendar management, as well as extra errands and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar management & scheduling (meetings, appointments, reminders)
Planning and organising events (internal, client-related, or team functions)
Coordinating travel bookings and itineraries
Preparing agendas, joining meetings, and taking notes
Running errands (local shopping, collecting/dropping items, etc.)
Assisting with ad hoc tasks that support the founder’s day-to-day operations

Requirements:
Based in or near Somerset West
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Completed matric
Previous work experience (any role that shows reliability and people skills)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident with tech tools like Office 365, email/calendar management, etc.
Comfortable attending events and meetings with the Founder
Excellent written and verbal communication
Nice to Have:
Experience with social media platforms (posting, scheduling, etc.)
Basic content creation skills (Canva, Reels, etc.)
A natural flair for planning and multitasking
